  1. Inquiry: Submit an online inquiry to have your questions answered and schedule a tour, You will receive an email with your answers and scheduled tour time and a link to fill out an application if you are ready to move forward.

    • Schedule a Tour: Tours open in the beginning of November and close at the end of February. We recommend that you visit our school. This is your opportunity to ask questions and learn more about us. There is no better way to understand the Montessori difference than to experience it for yourself! During the tour you will meet with a trained Montessori teacher so that you can learn as much about Montessori and our school as possible.

  2. Application: . We will supply you with a link to create a parent portal account and then fill out an application. A $50, non-refundable application fee is required with the Application Form. A complete application and $50 fee secures your spot on the waitlist.

  3. Application Documents: Please finish all application checklist items so that we can schedule a classroom visit without delay.

  4. Classroom Visit: Typically in March we start to schedule student visits.

    • For Toddlers: These meetings are usually scheduled at the end of each school day (approximately between 3:30 p.m.-4 p.m.). The meeting is only about 20 minutes long. Parents must be present.

    • For Children’s House (Ages 3-6, Preschool, Pre-K): These meetings are held from 9-10 am. We find that these visits are more successful when the parent leaves the classroom so the child can engage with the teacher and the working classroom. Parents may remain in the building.

    • Kindergarten: We ask that your child spend the morning with us in the classroom with the other students.  This is usually from 9 a.m. – 12 p.m.  This visit does not include lunch.

    • For Lower Elementary (Grades 1-3): If possible, we ask that your child spend the morning with us in the classroom with the other students.  This is usually from 8:15 a.m. – 1:00p.m.  This visit will include lunch and recess; you will need to supply a lunch for your child.

    • For Upper Elementary (Grades 4-6):  We ask that your child spend a day with us.  The day runs from 8:15 a.m. – 2:50 p.m. This visit will include lunch and recess; you will need to supply a lunch for your child.

  5. Acceptance: We will inform you of your acceptance status at the end of the open enrollment season usually the end of March - beginning of April.

  6. Contract & Deposit: We will generate a contract for your family to secure your child’s spot, an additional $500 deposit is required to reserve the space for your child. The deposit is ultimately applied toward your final tuition payment. (The $500 is non-refundable unless we are unable to accept or accommodate your child.)

  7. Enrollment Paperwork: Please finish your enrollment paperwork as soon as possible to prevent delay in your child’s start date.
