Office Hours
Beginning 8/26 and throughout the school year, the PVMS Office will be open from 7:30 - 4:00, Monday - Friday. We will be closed 9/2 for Labor Day.
The deadline to complete all paperwork and FACTS registration has now passed.
If you have not received your welcome packet, this means you have incomplete checklist items and your child may not be able to start school on the first day. Please log into your family portal and complete any outstanding checklist items ASAP.

Parent Reception - (for new & returning families)
Mark your calendar! Our Back to School Night will take place on Thursday, August 29 at 6 p.m. here at PVMS. This is for both new and returning families.
Socialize with other parents: catch up with those you haven’t seen all summer or meet parents of your child’s soon-to-be classmates!
New families: learn our procedures for drop off, late arrivals, absences, snow days, etc.
Ask any questions or address any concerns you may have.
Meet with your child’s teacher(s) and visit the classroom.
Bring any relevant medication with you to this event to be stored appropriately - never send medication in with your child.
Refreshments will be served. Please remember, this is an adult-only event. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide childcare for this evening. We hope to see you there!
Toddler and Children’s House - book a time to bring your child to meet their teacher and visit the classroom on Friday, August 30th! This is a wonderful chance to become reacquainted with the teacher as well as drop off your child’s belongings ahead of the first day of school. You must sign up in advance using the links below.
Elementary Students - You do not have to sign up in advance. You are welcome to bring your belongings and visit anytime between 10am and 11am next Friday, August 30th.
If you’re unsure, please refer to your child’s back to school packet to confirm their classroom placement.
